We are privately-owned – not affiliated with, subsidized, owned, or financed by a bank, lender, securities dealer, or institutional investor.  As a completely independent organization, we are able to make impartial risk assessments and deliver opinions untainted by conflicted relationships.

As former investors and issuers, we understand the pressures our clients face and their concerns about performance and risk, including liquidity, credit, regulatory, operational, and headline risks.  And, we recognize and respect the sensitivity of our clients’ relationships with their counterparties.  Our clients trust us to understand their needs and maintain confidentiality.
